Clinical Operations Manager
Overview
Lexi Now Recruitment is partnering with a high-growth healthcare services provider in London to hire a Clinical Operations Manager. You'll lead the strategy and execution of new features that directly impact user engagement and business growth.
This is a mid-level role for someone who thrives at the intersection of clinical operations, Patient Experience, and business outcomes — shaping the future of a fast-evolving care service.
Responsibilities
- Define service vision and delivery roadmap with clinical stakeholders
- Gather and prioritise service requirements from patient and staff feedback
- Work closely with clinical, operations, and patient engagement teams
- Track care KPIs and improve delivery based on outcomes and insights
- Coordinate service launches and implementation plans across sites
- Review local healthcare demand trends and identify improvement opportunities
Requirements
- 3–5 years of healthcare operations or service management experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with care planning, reporting, and workflow tools
- Understanding of quality improvement and service governance frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Degree in Healthcare Management, Business, or related field
